I am currently an Affiliate Professor in the School of Communications and Director of the Speech Lab at Grand Valley State University.
My focus at GVSU centers on the continual development of the Speech Lab and facilitating meaningful relationships with students. I also strive to produce valuable research that forwards the understanding of communication, specifically in the areas of public speaking and interpersonal communication. I consider myself a dynamic instructor in the classroom and enjoy teaching in a way that allows students to apply course content in ways that improve their lives.
